Bridgerton is back for a third outing and the Regency era drama hasn’t scrimped on all the things that have made it a cultural phenomenon.

Big ballroom scenes? Check. Chic fashion? Of course. Romance and gossip? You bet.

But one other key element that has made the Netflix drama so popular is the music of Bridgerton, both the score by composer Kris Bowers and the orchestral reimaginings of pop classics.

This season includes famous tunes from Taylor Swift, one third of the Jonas Brothers, and even Mr. Worldwide himself. Check out the full list below.

Pitbull - Give Me Everything (covered by Archer Marsh)

Bridgerton music supervisor Justin Kamps spoke about the eclectic choices for the third season’s soundtrack.

‘Sometimes initially it’s about what matches the choreography, and then later it’s about what matches the scene and the emotion,’ he told Netflix. ‘We have a lot of covers that aren’t necessarily part of ball sequences this year, and it’s because we found some cute places to insert something that can play as a fun cover but doesn’t have to be attached to a dance sequence.’

Who is the composer for Bridgerton?

As well as the orchestral versions of pop songs, Bridgerton is also loved for its enchanting score, transporting viewers back to the elegance of the Regency era.

Composer Kris Bowers is the man behind the music and has created what he describes as a ‘more lighthearted feeling’ with this season’s score.

‘There’s obviously the ups and downs that we always have in this show,’ Bowers said. ‘But with Colin and Penelope being friends, with a lot of their interactions having a bit of awkwardness to them - and within this season there are so many stories that we dip into - there’s a lot of fun and lightness that we experience with the music and comedic moments.’

When will the final episodes of season 3 be released?

Bridgerton had its third season cut in half, with the first batch of episodes released on Thursday 16 May. The final four episodes will be released on Thursday 13 June.

The titles for the remaining episodes might hint at what fans can expect, with Tick Tock, Romancing Mister Bridgerton, Joining of Hands, and, Into the Light, bringing the third season to a close.
